The Art Wharehouse

Artists need affordabe studio space and a place to gather. People need a place to go get coffee and food and be inspired by art and a place to buy local art. The Art Studio Wharehouse is a large space that lets artists have afforadable or free studio space and a place to gather for coffee and food and events. Artists can also work at the coffee shop and resturant to make money. And they can host ticketed events. We could also build very affordable artists single room studio apartmetns surrounding the wharehouse. And they can sell their work and crafts. This would become one of the coolest places to hangout and be inspired by local art in the region.
