The project has an established plan and defined scope. The primary remaining obstacle is securing the $225,000 needed to complete the restoration and associated infrastructure and plaza work. The project will also require continued coordination among the Library, Public Art Chattanooga, City departments, contractors, and conservation professionals to ensure the restored fountain is safe, durable, maintainable, and faithful to the artwork.
