Riverview Park to Coolidge Park Connector

The River Park is a newly renovated park that now is ADA accessible. Also It is an area that has small businesses and is a flat low level area visited by many people. There is also a path from Riverview Park to the Riverview BIrd Sanctuary. This area of North Chattanooga is boardered by hills and there is no easy path to the Coolidge Park Veterens bridge area due to the hills and lack of sidewalks. By having a path here access to the rest of the Tennessee River park would be available and would open up this area of North Chattanooga to the Chattanooga Bicycle Transit system.
