Lookout Valley, Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States
Lookout Valley is just 3 miles to the west of downtown Chattanooga. It is currently inaccessible for pedestrians. This walking and bike connector would reduce road congestion on Moccasin Bend and provide a very-much needed alternative to driving. It would create a safe alternate access route to attend events at the new Erlanger Park which will greatly reduce event traffic.
