The Vision: Utilize our historic Chattanooga Belt Line Railroad's routes to develop a series of hybrid trails, greenways and on-street paths, to create a network of interconnecting bike and pedestrian paths linking communities, parks, schools, retail and residences across the city. Through this project, we can document and preserve our city's and its railroads' history, and use our parks, theming and art installations along these paths to highlight and share that rich history. ...
