If you want to be on the water in Chattanooga, you need two things; either you have a lot of disposable income to buy a boat, a towing vehicle and/or a place to store it. Or, you become a member of a boat club, where you pay an initial fee of about 5k and 500$ a month forever, to use a nice boat whenever you want. Or, if you want one very sporadically, you can rent a boat downtown for about 600$ a day....
