The primary obstacles are securing funding and obtaining commitments from host organizations. Each location will also require agreement on site use, ownership, insurance, accessibility, installation, repairs, and long-term maintenance. Coordinating 18 distinctive installations while maintaining a cohesive and dependable public experience will require clear project standards and strong central leadership from the Library.
